A two day Management Development Programme on ‘HR ANALYTICS’ organized by School of Management Studies,
CUSAT was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Dr. R Sasidharan.
The growing role of analytics in today’s business world and how it would enable managers to take efficient business decisions was emphasised by Dr. Sasidharan. Dr. Manoj Varghese, Management consultant was the chief guest. Dr. D. Mavoothu, Director, School of Management Studies and Programme coordinator Dr. Devi Soumyaja, spoke. More than 30 delegates including industry executives from diverse sectors and faculty members from business schools across the nation participated in the programme.
