Rajagiri Hosts Alumni Masterclass on “Leading From The Back”

KOCHI:
Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (RCSS) and Rajagiri Business School (RBS) organised a special edition of the Rajagiri Masterclass Series for alumni, focusing on “Leading From The Back.” The full-day session was held at the RBS campus.

The masterclass featured Ravi Kant, Former Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of Tata Motors, and Rajesh Srivastava, Corporate Veteran, Author, and TEDx Speaker. They shared insights on evolving leadership models, organisational transformation, and modern workplace challenges.

Kant highlighted the need for openness, collaborative teamwork, and resilience in adapting to technological advances, information overload, and changing workforce dynamics. Srivastava emphasised building trust across the hierarchy and demonstrating consistent integrity in words and actions.

The session provided alumni with practical insights to build stronger teams and adopt a future-ready, collaborative leadership approach.
