Prof. Sheng Shian Li, Director of Institute of Nano Engineering and Microsystems, National Tsing Hua University,
Taiwan visited CUSAT to explore possibilities of academic co- operation.
Prof. Li held discussion with CUSAT team lead by Vice Chancellor Dr K.N. Madhusoodanan. He informed the officers in CUSAT that the academic community in his university was highly impressed by the high academic standard of former CUSAT students who are doing research there and this fact attracted them to CUSAT for establishing academic co-operation. Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr P.G Sankaran, Syndicate member and Dean of engineering Dr K.S. Beena, Registrar Dr K. Ajitha, Controller of Examinations Dr Sunil K. Narayanankutty, I.Q.A.C Director Dr K. Gireesh Kumar, IRAA Director Dr P.P Vinodkumar, P.S&R.T Dept. Head Dr Honey John and Photonics Professor Dr Pramod Gopinath participated in the discussion with Prof. Li.
