THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council-Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (BRIC-RGCB) has entered into a strategic partnership with Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s School of Biotechnology and School of Physical Sciences for enhancing collaborative research and educational initiatives in biotechnology and related fields.
The five-year collaboration prioritizes joint research efforts in key areas such as cancer, infectious diseases, and neurobiology.
Prof. Chandrabhas Narayana, Director of RGCB, and Prof. Bipin Nair, Dean of the School of Biotechnology at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in this regard at the RGCB campus here.
The MoU encompasses provisions for faculty exchange programmes, cooperative seminars, and shared access to research facilities, fostering a dynamic academic environment that encourages scientific advancements in India.
