Dr. K N Madhusoodanan, Vice Chancellor, Cochin University of Science and Technology said that quality of work is of utmost importance in academic activity. The Vice Chancellor was inaugurating the two- day national workshop on ‘academic publishing in English Language and Literature’ organized by Department of English and Foreign Languages, CUSAT.
“Reaching out to the world making the work visible to all is equally important especially in the backdrop of various ranking and accreditation requirements for institutions”, the Vice Chancellor added. Dr. G Santhoshkumar, HOD, Computer Science explained various platforms for making ourselves visible, and also about the training to be imparted during the two day workshop.
Brinda Bala Sreenivasan, HOD, English & Foreign Languages and Sonia Britto, teacher also spoke. More than 60 persons including teachers, students and professionals from different areas are participating in the national
workshop.
