Amity University’s RICS School of Built Environment, India’s first School of Built Environment led by the industry for the industry – offering specialized education, training, research and best practice guidance in real estate, construction and infrastructure, will start pre-registration process for applications for the academic year 2021 from 1 st October 2020. The pre-registration process allows the students to reserve their application form when the online application process opens in December 2020. The university shall send information about the admission process to the pre-registered students through email/SMS.
Students who are looking for career opportunities in the field of Built Environment (real estate, infrastructure & construction sectors), can pre-register for the Graduation and Post-graduation courses through the RICS SBE website. The institute is offering various courses in the built environment like BBA and MBA in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure, MBA in Construction Project Management, MBA in Construction Economics & Quantity Surveying, and Post Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management, from its Noida and Mumbai campuses.
According to Ashwani Awasthi, MD, RICS SBE, “Sometimes interested and deserving candidates miss the dates of application form. This pre-registration process will ensure that such candidates do not miss out on timely application. Candidates who pre-register will have an application form reserved for them. They will be given preference in the intimations regarding exclusive webinars, campus updates, career paths, admission related information, curriculum, interview dates, industry events and other activities”.
Later, on the successful submission of application form, the students will be able to select their preferred dates for the interview. As per the current pandemic situation and government’s guidelines, the students shall get an option to attend & participate the interview process virtually. The students can check the result & status of selection through online process and if selected his/her seat will be reserved once the fee is paid. The session will commence from July 2021* onwards.
