BHOPAL:
On behalf of the Professional Examination Board, Bhaskar Lakshakar, Director, PEB, announced that PEB has been successfully conducting all exams online since Sept. 2015 and that this has brought in a higher degree of transparency and speed.
Lakshakar said – “The decision to make PEB exams fully online has helped tremendously – data security and faster result processing are just two of the factors that have improved. The candidates are able to know their scores as soon as they complete the
The Professional Examination Board (PEB), Madhya Pradesh, India has the mandate to conduct all examinations (entrance exams and recruitment exams) for the state government, except those under the purview of the Public Services Commission. PEB’s decision to make exams fully online is also aligned to the larger Digital India mission. Online exams have also brought a higher degree of transparency. Security features like One Time Passwords (OTP) and signal jammers have given a confidence boost to all, especially the candidates. PEB has also linked Aadhaar enabled biometrics to ensure candidate authenticity.
Today s mobile proliferation and internet connectivity has been leveraged by PEB to connect better with candidates, especially in rural areas with its mobile app and push sms etc.
At the onset some candidates were concerned about the lack of computer literacy. Over the course of the year PEB has successfully proved this to be myth and established the fact that the only skills required is to operate the mouse and input their OTP. PEB has also provided mock tests through its website. It has gone one step ahead and tied up with Regional Capacity Bu
ilding Centers to provide mock tests to candidates which also help the candidates gain confidence on the required computer skills.
“We are delighted to work with PEB in this endeavor. It gives us great satisfaction to be an enabler of the digital journey that is changing the face of governance in Madhya Pradesh. This fits well with our mission of transforming lives through digital and technology”, said Alexander Varghese, Chief Administrative Officer

We are happy to be working with them. UST Global has shown interest in starting a Startup Village in their proposed campus. The group chairman was invited for the CEO Conclave and GIS 2016 on 22 nd &
