THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
The National Institute of Speech and Hearing (NISH) here is starting two post-graduate courses this month, one on audiology and the other on speech language pathology. The last date for sending in applications is January 18.
Master of Science (Audiology) (M.Sc. (Aud)) and Master of Science (Speech Language Pathology) – M.Sc. (SLP) are both post graduate level programmes affiliated to the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) and recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
The total number of seats for each courses 12. The minimum educational requirement for admission to both courses will be Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) from any recognized university.
