Launch of RC-HEAL: A Strategic Leap in Healthcare Leadership Education

Rajagiri Business School, a pioneer in management education and innovation, is proud to announce the launch of its newest institutional initiative focused on healthcare leadership and clinical excellence – the Rajagiri Centre for Healthcare Excellence and Advancement in Leadership (RC-HEAL).

RC-HEAL has been envisioned as a dedicated platform for clinical and healthcare professionals to develop advanced leadership capabilities, management insights, and system transformation competencies. The centre reflects Rajagiri’s commitment to bridging the gap between clinical expertise and healthcare leadership – a need that has grown increasingly critical in today’s dynamic healthcare environment.

RC-HEAL is structured around two strategic wings: the Learning & Training Wing, which delivers professional upskilling programs for healthcare professionals, and the Research & Consultancy Wing, which focuses on data-driven research, policy insights, and industry collaborations to address pressing healthcare challenges.

Flagship Program – MDP-Rx
One of the first initiatives emerging from RC-HEAL is the Management Development Program for Medical Professionals (MDP-Rx) — an 8-month, hybrid, postgraduate certification program designed exclusively for doctors.

The programme includes:

• 100+ hours of live interactive sessions with leading faculty and healthcare experts
• On-campus immersion at Rajagiri Business School and Rajagiri Hospital
• Real-world case studies, industry expert interactions, and peer networking
• Modules on Strategy, Finance, Quality, Leadership, Human Resource, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics and Business Intelligence in Healthcare
• Certification from a globally accredited B-school
