CUSAT Hindi Department in association with Chhatra Parishad organised Hindi Day celebration at the department auditorium.
Dr. Alok Kumar Gupta, Regional Director, National Open School Institute, Ernakulam inaugurated the programme. Rajashekhar, Deputy Director of Bank of Baroda distributed cash award and memento to students who achieved first and second positions in the Post graduate examinations. Dr. K. Ajitha, Registrar, Dr. R. Sasidharan, Head of the Department spoke. Hindi Department of Calicut University and CUSAT Hindi Department won first prize and second prize respectively in the quiz programme conducted in connection with event.
