The Division Bench of the High Court has upheld the appointment of Dr Abhilash S as Assistant
Professor in Cochin University of Science And Technology setting aside the Judgment of Single Judge quashing the appointment. Disposing three writ appeals in this regard filed by Cochin University of Science and Technology, Dr Abhilash S and Dr Midhun M the Division Bench observed that no illegality has been committed by the University and the University has provided a more transparent procedure within the frame work of UGC regulations.
