Entry to Idukki: Vedhik IAS Academy Opens Off-campus in Thodupuzha

Civil services aspirants in hilly Idukki got an easier access to high-quality coaching, as Vedhik IAS Academy opened an off-campus in Thodupuzha, 55 km west of the district headquarters in Painavu.

Thodupuzha De Paul Public School Principal Fr Siby K John inaugurated the centre on first floor of Mangalam North End building near the KSRTC bus stand. Offering blessings, Fr Johnson Vettukuzhiyil, spoke at the ceremony.

Last week, Vedhik had opened an off-campus in Kottayam. The function at Vadavathoor in that city was held on Friday.

A month ago, Vedhik Erudite Foundation, in association with the academy, launched an ambitious scheme to provide free coaching for civil services and other competitive examinations to 10,000 meritorious but financially weak students across Kerala. The January 16 event saw Governor Arif Mohammad Khan inaugurate the Foundation’s scholarship initiative ‘One School One IAS’ which is being implemented with support from sponsors.

The Kochi-headquartered institution has an office in Delhi.
