Dr. Sreejith P S, Syndicate Member, Cochin University of Science and Technology bagged Outstanding Teacher Award 2021, instituted by Iinstitute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). The award is presented to honour the outstanding contributions in the field of education for the State and Nation by IEEE Kerala Chapter.
Dr. Sreejith was the Principal at School of Engineering and Principle at CUCEK. He worked as the IHRD Director and Dean with Faculty of Engineering at CUSAT. Presently he is the Principal at Rajgiri School of Engineering & Technology Kakkanad. Dr. Sreejith did his Masters at IIT Kanpur and Ph.D at IIT Madras. He came in the database of top 2% scientists generated by Elsever Publications and Stanford University, USA and KSCSTE felicitated him in a
meeting on November 4th 2021. He is a Patent holder for investigation on Energy absorption cartridge. The award will be given in 29th January through virtual mode over zoom due to the Covid-19 protocols.
