The library of Cochin University of Science and Technology will organize an online lecture series starting 24 th August, on the social, educational, health, employment scenarios changing in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic and skill development in tune with these changes.
Vice Chancellor Dr K N Madhusoodanan will inaugurate the series at 11 am o 24 th which will be followed by a talk on ‘Transforming educational scenario’ by Dr DebashishChatterjee, Director of IIM, Kozhikkode. Dr PadmanabhaShenoy, AIMS, Kochi on ‘Resistance of disease and health’(25 th 1.30 pm), Dr Arun B Nair, MCH, Tvm on ‘Mental health’(at 11.30 on26th), Prof. S. M. Sameer of NIT, Kozhikkode on ‘Virtual learning –strategies and tips’(at 11 am on 27 th ) and Dr M.G. Sreekumar on ‘Preparation for the new placement methods’(11 am on Sept 4 th ) are the lectures in the series. Entry will free and more details are available on the web site library.cusat.ac.in
