KOCHI:
A five day programme on ‘Gamification in learning and development’ has got underway at the School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology.
The programme was inaugurated by Dr. R Sasidharan, Vice Chancellor, CUSAT. He highlighted the need for developing innovative tools and methods in the learning and development domain. The Chief Guest of the programme, Prof. Francis Cherunilam, spoke of the importance of having conceptual clarity in today’s era of technology and advanced learning methodologies.
More than twenty delegates from seven states, and belonging to various domains of industry and academia are participating in the programme. Prof. D Mavoothu, Director, School of Management Studies, Dr. Manu Melvin Joy, MDP chair and Prof. M Bhasi, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences spoke.
