The All India Agricultural Examination conducted by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) will be held on May 21 and 22 for UG and PG courses respectively from 10 AM to 12.30 pm.
15% UG seats and 25% PG seats in all over India are allotted through this examination. It does not include admission to Bachelor Degree programmes in Veterinary Sciences.
Candidates should apply online. The deadline for submitting applictions is April 30 (Saturday). The exam will have two streams- Agriculture/Biology (Stream-A) and Mathematics (Stream-B).
ICAR offers a wide range of courses such as agriculture, horticulture, fisheries science, forestry, home science, sericulture and biotechnology for those opting stream A while stream B will have agricultural engineering, dairy technology, agriculture marketing and co-operation, and food sciences.
