Suriya and GV Prakash Unveils Music Video of Putham Pudhai Kaalai

Amazon Prime Video today launched the heart-warming music album of the upcoming Amazon Original Tamil Film Putham Pudhu Kaalai, an anthology of five short films. Commemorating the album release, superstar Suriya unveiled the music video of the title track, composed by iconic, award-winning music director G.V. Prakash. The new, soothing album includes 5 eclectic tracks for various moods, while seamlessly themed around the concept of new beginnings, love, second chances, and a glimmer of hope.

While there are 5 individual stories told in Putham Pudhu Kaalai, the title track complements all the unique stories and has been seamlessly woven into the overall theme of new beginnings. While each film has its own, distinct music style, the title track brings to fore the overall message the film endeavours to deliver.

The anthology marks the union of celebrated directors from the Tamil Cinema Industry including Suhasini Mani Ratnam (Coffee, Anyone?), Sudha Kongara (Ilamai Idho Idho), Gautham Vasudev Menon (Avarum Naanum/Avalum Naanum), Rajiv Menon (Reunion) and Karthik Subbaraj (Miracle) presenting 5 short films with a distinctive storyline, characterization and narrative; however, are seamlessly woven into the common theme of New Beginnings.
