An array of experts from various fields, will answer the questions of tourism entrepreneurs including advice, assistance and technology implementation needed to revitalize the tourism industry.

Questions and concerns for entrepreneurs working in the tourism sector such as hotels, resorts, homestays, traditional travel companies, transportation providers and tourism experience providers will be answered immediately or in consultation with the exact sources.
MSMEs account for 80 per cent of the tourism sector in Kerala, which is also the worst affected sector by the Covid-19 closure, including job losses. With the relaunch of the tourism sector, the number of domestic travellers will increase significantly, and we are aiming to enable small and medium enterprises to prepare with precise planning to reap the benefits of this situation, says Neelkanth Pararat, Founder, Web CRS Travel Technologies Ltd.
They will also launch a national campaign under the hashtag #ZeroMortalityInTourismMSMEs. Central Tourism Regional Director (West & Central) Venkatesan Dattareyan will inaugurate the campaign via online. It also provides information on free consulting, Covid protocol, security, day-to-day operations, cost-cutting, sales and post Covid market potential for business resume planning.
