  • Veegaland homes on Thursday Announced its Budget Apartment Project

    KOCHI:
    Veegaland Bliss, the first budget apartment project by Veegaland Homes, coming up in Thripunithura, was announced by company chairman Kochouseph Chittilappally. Veegaland Bliss, a 15-story complex, comprising 78 apartments, is close to Thripunithura railway station, metro station, bus stand, worship places, educational institutions, hospitals, and market.  Price of 2BHK AND 3BHK apartments in Veegaland Bliss starts at Rs 49 lakhs 2BHK will have a total area of 900 square feet (83.72 square metre) while 3BHK has an area of 1150 square feet (106.85 square metre).

    ”Veegaland Bliss offers luxury amenities that are not provided by anyone in a budget apartment complex. Amenities include a guest room, air conditioned health club, indoor games, children playing area, and swimming pool on the rooftop” Kochouseph said.  The projct has been approved by the Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA) Veegaland Homes executive director B Jayaraj said ”Despite being a crisis time, performance of Veegaland Homes was better, comparing to previous years. We could sell more number of units than previous years. The new project announced by the company will be a booster to the
    construction sector in Kerala” luxury project Kings Fort near Vyttila Mobility Hub, premium project Veegaland Senia at Padamugal, ultra-premium project Veegaland Exotica at Subhash Nagar Edappally, and Veegaland Thejas at Auyyanthol in Thrissur are the other project currently under construction, said chief manager ( Marketing and sales) Kurian Thomas. Work is in progress in a way that all projects will be completed and handed over within the scheduled deadline, he added.
