Ahead of its two-day flagship annual management conclave TRIMA 2020 commencing here on February 27, Trivandrum Management Association (TMA) has announced its coveted awards for the best startup and exemplary CSR initiatives for Embright Infotech and KEF Holdings respectively .
The awards, announced by TMA President Rajesh Jha on Tuesday, will be presented to the recipients by Governor Arif Mohammad Khan at the inaugural function of TRIMA 2020 at O by TAMARA on February 27, at 5 pm.
The premier management forum affiliated to All India Management Association (AIMA) also selected Ritto Rexy and NajlaNazar of Institute of Management in Kerala for the TMA-KIMS Award for best paper presentation 2020 on “Employee Engagement in the Organisation.” Jain Richard & Midhuna Chandran of St. Xavier’s college of Engineering, (MBA Dept.) won the second prize in the category.
A technology-driven startup ,Embright Infotech gets TMA-Adani Startup Award 2020 for its home therapy kit AUTICARE. An affordable product, AUTICARE is a skill training and development therapy executed for highly functional autistic patients, cerebral palsy and other learning disability.
KEF Holdings has been selected for TMA-Terumo Penpol CSR Award 2020 in view of its CSR initiatives in the areas of education & youth intervention, healthcare and wellness support, community outreach & support, regenerative sustainable development, women empowerment and sports & culture development.
More than 200 delegates, including doyens of industry, business leaders, management experts, policy-makers, administrators and startup promoters will converge here during TRIMA 2020, whose central themes is “Work in a Changing World- A Vision for Kerala,”
Hemant Nerurkar, Past President, All India Management Association (AIMA), and Director, Adani Enterprises Ltd. will deliver the keynote address at the inaugural session. Rajesh Jha will welcome the gathering. The concept presentation will be done by Dr M.I. Sahadulla, Chairman, TRIMA 2020.
Experts from the industry will participate in panel discussions on “Industry 4.0-Impact on Jobs”, “Learning for Life”, “Able to Capable-Upskill”, and “The Industry Connect.” Apart from the technical sessions, there will be presentations and awards ceremony at the event.
Dr K. Ellangovan, Principal Secretary, Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Kerala, will be the chief guest at the valedictory function.
