GOA:
All over India, the festival of colours was celebrated with much fervour and glee but The Grand Holi Party at Grand Hyatt Goa was a truly vibrant celebration. The morning of Holi saw guests, hotel employees and young children from Bethesda Life centre and Care and Compassion Foundation come together on the Palace Lawns for a colourful celebration.
In staying true to its brand initiatives, Grand Hyatt Goa celebrated an eco-friendly Holi without water and organic colours. Everyone participating in the festivities was mindful of not wasting water and doing their bit towards mindful enjoyment. What started with everyone exchanging warm wishes soon turned into one fun celebration with everyone dressed in traditional whites against a colourful backdrop. For those who did not have their whites, the hotel provided white #LivingGrand t-shirts to ensure that no one missed out.
The event was a perfect example of enjoyment without wastage. Everyone seemed to have a really good Holi, both adults and kids alike, including 160 young children from two orphanages – the Bethesda Life centre and Care and Compassion foundation.
The guests at the party indulged themselves in the elaborate buffet spread, groovy tunes played by the DJ and the great selection of beverage beverages. The live stations include dyummy chats from the streets of Chandni Chowk, South Indian Uttapams, hot pakoras, kebabs, cheesy Quesadillas, lip-smacking pavbhaji and a delectable spread of Indian desserts including crispy Jalebis and some cool Kulfi for the hot day.
The carnival of colours painted everyone in colours of joy. Friends, families, food and music, all in one place surely put a smile on the face of each and every one present. The enthusiasm and livelinessall around showcased the #LivingGrand essence of Grand Hyatt Goa.
