Nice (France): Eight months after the worst terrorist attack in France, a suspected terrorist slammed his lorry into a crowd that was celebrating Bastille Day in the coastal city of Nice in France on Thursday night. 86 people were killed and scores of others were critically injured in the attack.
The terrorist drove a heavy truck at high speed across two kilometers into a crowd watching Bastille Day fireworks. Bastille Day is a day of national pride to the French.
The driver, 31-year-old man from Nice of Tunisian origin’, was shot dead by security forces.
