Court Returns CBI Chargesheet Which Omitted Oommen Chandy’s Former Gumnan’s Name
Thiruvananthapuram: The Special Court handling the Kadakampally Land Fraud Case returned the chargesheet filed by CBI which had omitted the names of Salim Raj and his wife Shamshad.
The original FIR had listed 27 persons including Oommen Chandy’s former gunman Salim Raj and his wife but at the time of filing the chargesheet in the court, CBI named only 5 persons as accused.

Thiruvananthapuram: The chargesheet in the Kadakampally land deal scam was filed by CBI today, keeping Oommen Chandy’s former gunman Salim Raj out of the list of accused. His wife also has been exempted from the case.
