New Delhi: The Supreme Court allowed Abdul Nazar Madani, the prime accused in the Bangalore serial bomb blast conspiracy case, to visit his mother who is seriously ill.
Madani’s counsel had approached the court critical condition of his mother who is stricken with cancer.
The court allowed his plea, dismissing the argument of Karnataka Government that he could try to influence
the witnesses in the case in Kerala.
The court said that the number of days to be granted to Madani for his visit shall be decided by the trial court in Kerala.Karnataka police will be in-charge of Madani’s security during his stay in Kerala
