Leading Kraft paper manufacturer, Sree Sakthi Paper Mills Ltd has formally changed its name to Cella Space Ltd. The change of name has been certified by the Registrar of Companies and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
The promoter, Dr S Rajkumar has a proven track record of more than two decades in the logistics business, and has established a transportation business and a state-of-the-art high-tech Logistics Park in Chennai. The object clause of the memorandum of association has been changed to Logistics business in the company.
With the implementation of GST there are significant opportunities in the logistics sector, and Cella Space has decided to tap these emerging opportunities. The change of name coincides with the company’s decision to pursue a new trail by entering the inventory storage business.
