  • SpiceJet Launches its New Website Aimed at Providing an Enhanced Customer Experience

    SpiceJet, the country’s favourite airline, has launched its new revamped website with vastly improved features offering its customers a highly personalized experience through superior navigation and functionality.

    The new website (www.spicejet.com) has been developed with state-of-the-art web technologies and has a simple, refreshing and uncluttered design and effective user interface with many enhanced features. The user-interface is faster, more intuitive, easily navigable, scalable and responsive and even more user-friendly than before.

    The use of latest technology has helped ensure that SpiceJet’s system is fast, scalable and secure. It is also designed to facilitate quick changes which will help us in introducing new products and offers to the customers quickly.

    Ashish Vikram, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, SpiceJet said, “The all new avatar of our revamped website is a major leap towards superlative, innovative and user-friendly interface for an extraordinary customer experience. Our new website includes a host of exciting and user-friendly features that will help customers navigate better and make flying with SpiceJet an even more memorable experience.”

SpiceJet has been dedicatedly investing on innovation, technology, safety and simplicity in everything it does and our revamped website is the perfect example of the same philosophy.”

    In line with the airline’s commitment to sustainability, web check-in will now be faster and paperless with mobile boarding passes delivered via SMS. The new website will also allow passengers to check and compare seven days lowest fares on our enhanced flight selection page with additional filter options. Customer can easily compare different types of available fares including complete fare and baggage policies. The new site has a simple user-friendly interface and allows complete bookings with minimum steps.

    The new website provides faster and secure payment options and customers can choose real-time promos and offers to get additional discounts.

    It also allows the automatic addition of SpiceClub points for our SpiceClub members for every flight without additional steps to fill in a SpiceClub number. The website provides easily navigable add-ons page that allows users to choose from a wide variety of SpiceJet’s exclusive products like SpiceMax, SpiceCafe, Excess Baggage, You First, SpiceAssurance.

    SpiceJet is continuously innovating to enhance customer delight with exclusive product offerings. SpiceScreen, a first-of-its-kind, light-in-weight, wireless entertainment system that enables seamless delivery of content on to the personal devices of the passengers through Wi-Fi network, cab bookings at 35000 ft and Ms Pepper’s WhatsApp-based check-ins are some of the customer facing innovations delivered by SpiceJet even while grappling with the Covid crisis.
