THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Inorder to clear the extra rush of passengers during weekend, Southern Railway will run special trains as under.
Service of Train No.82621, Special fare train will leave Chennai Central at 10.30 pm on 19.08.2016 and 26.08.2016 (Fridays) to reach Ernakulam Junction at 10.45 am on the following day.
In the return direction, service of Train No. 82622, special fare train to Chennai central, will leave from Ernakulam Jn at 7.00 pm on 21.08.2016 and 28.08.2016 (Sundays) to reach Chennai Central at 7.15 am on the following days.
The composition of train will be One 2AC, Two 3AC and 12 sleeper class coaches.
The train will have stoppages at Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Thrisur and Aluva. Train No.82621 will stop at Ernakulam Town also.
Superfast Suvidha Special Train from Kochuveli
Inorder to clear the extra rush of the passengers due to extended weekend, Southern Railway will run the following extra train from Kochuveli to Chennai Central on 15th August 2016.
Service of Train No.82624, Suvidha Special train will leave Kochuveli at 4.00 pm on 15.08.2016 to reach Chennai Central at 9.40 am on the following day.
The composition of train will be 12 sleeper class coaches and 6 general second class coachesand 2 luggage cum brake van coaches.
The trains will have stops at Kollam, Kayamkulam, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrissur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam and Perambur.
Special Fare Train from Chennai Egmore
Tr. No. 06027, Suvidha special will start from Chennai Egmore at 10.45 pms on 16th August 2016(Tuesday) to reach Kochuveli at 4.00 pm on next day. With a composition of 12 sleeper class and 6 general coaches the train will be running via Thanjavur,Thiruchirappally and Madurai and Nagercoil town.
