SBT Reduces Interest Rate on Loans

State Bank of Travancore (SBT) has reduced the interest rate on loans with effect from 01.12.2016. Accordingly the interest rates on housing loan, car loan and home loan top ups has come down by 0.15%.
During the ongoing loan dhamaka campaign processing charge is fully waived for housing loan and car loans sanctioned upto 31st December 2016. The special scheme of Maxgain-Housing loan – as overdraft facility also is having reduced interest rate during this period. For people with steady cash flow Maxgain is a sure shot scheme to save the interest on housing loan.
