KOCHI:
State Bank of India (SBI) to organise ‘Customer Meet’ nationally on November 22, 2019 to engage with customers for enhancing their experience and provide better service delivery.
SBI will also inform customers about benefits and convenience of using digital payment modes and educate them about safe digital banking practices to be followed while undertaking transactions. Through this initiative bank aims to engage with customers through 29 locations in Kerala Local Head Offices (LHOs) and overall bank plans to outreach customers through 517 locations from 17 LHOs of SBI across the country. Meetings will be addressed by the senior functionaries of the Bank.
Under this initiative, customers can interact with Bank staff to discuss their concerns and share feedbacks & suggestions on the banks’ products and services. Customer feedbacks and suggestions would help the bank to improvise on existing products and services.
On the announcement, P. K. Gupta, MD – Retail & Digital Banking, SBI said, “Customer engagement is an on-going process which is SBI’s utmost priority. Their valued feedback and suggestions help the bank to offer quality banking experience. The bank is always committed to provide hassle free banking services to its customers.”
