Sachchida Nand Agrawal Joins CJ Darcl Logistics Board

CJ Darcl Logistics a leading domestic multimodal logistics solutions companies in India, with market leadership in full truck load (“FTL”) segment in terms of revenue for [Fiscals 2021, 2020 and 2019] announced the appointment of an independent director on its Board. Sachchida Nand Agrawal join the board starting from 19th October 2021 as an Independent Director. His appointment is in line with good corporate governance practices.

Welcoming Sachchida Nand Agrawal to the CJ Darcl Board, Narender Kumar Agarwal, Joint Managing Director, CJ Darcl Logistics, said, “We are indeed pleased to have highly experienced professional on our Board. Sachchida Nand Agrawal is a Civil Engineering Graduate from NIT Bhopal (MACT now MANIT) in the year 1979, who got selected in Indian Railway Services of Engineer (IRSE) through Engineering Services Examination 1980, conducted by UPSC. Served Indian Railways for over 37 years holding various Technical and Administrative posts including Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) and General Manager (GM) on different zones of Indian Railways and having varied and vast Technical, Research & Development and Administrative experience. Attended International seminars, trainings, technical visits to many foreign countries including USA, Australia, UK, France, Russia, South America and Bulgaria. Attended Executive Management training at prestigious Carnegie Mellon University. Also served as Nominee Director in NRTU Foundation under Ministry of Railways engaged in Educational activities. Superannuated from Ministry of Railways as Member and Ex-officio Secretary to Govt. of India, in July 2019. Thereafter worked as Sr. Advisor (Co-ordination) in National High Speed Rail Corporation (NHSRCL) for about two years.
