THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
With the state of Kerala battered by devastating floods, the employees and management of QuEST Global, a leading engineering services company with presence in Trivandrum, today donated INR 50 Lakh towards the Kerala Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund.
S Narayanan, Center Head, QuEST Global, Trivandrum and Sonia Kutty, Global Head- HR handed over the cheque to Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan at his office. Moved by the tragedy and the dire need for volunteers, several QuESTians from the city were also involved in rescue and relief operations for over a week.
“We are deeply saddened by the destruction of life and property in the wake of the floods in Kerala. We are humbled by the spirit and strength shown by the people of the state in this distressing time. We feel honored to lend support to the administration in the difficult and expensive task of rehabilitation that lies ahead. We applaud the government for the efficient execution of relief efforts and we are certain that the Chief Minister will lead the way for rebuilding the infrastructure in the state. All 10,000 employees of QuEST stand with Kerala in these trying times,” said Narayanan.
