Patna’s Malayali Population Stands Firm with INDIA Alliance – Anu Chacko

The Malayali community in Patna is extending strong support to candidates of the INDIA alliance, said RJD National General Secretary Anu Chacko while speaking during the Bihar election campaign. She stated that the campaign conducted among Malayali residents received a warm response. She added that in most constituencies across Bihar, the INDIA alliance is expected to secure victory.

Anu Chacko is leading the campaign in areas where Malayalis reside in Patna, including local neighbourhoods, places of worship, monasteries, Malayali-run management schools, and hospitals.

Anu Chacko alleged that the Central Election Commission is trying to deny the voting rights of citizens in the name of voter list revision. She also accused the Election Commission of being a spokesperson for the BJP.

She further said that similar measures are being introduced in Kerala as part of nationwide implementation. However, in Kerala, which is governed by the LDF government, the BJP’s intentions will not be allowed to be imposed through the Rashtriya Janata Dal. She asserted that strong protests will be organized against this move.

Anu Chacko noted that although these measures are being executed nationwide, any attempt to apply them in Kerala will be strongly resisted. She stressed that the RJD will not allow the BJP to impose its agenda in Kerala, where the LDF government is ruling, and said that strong protests will be organised against it.
