Citroën buy online. This 100% buying online initiative caters to customers in more than 50 cities, even outside the dealer network in India. This allows customers to order the variant of their choice, which can be configured online to their taste, directly from Citroën’s factory in Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. The last mile delivery of the vehicle in Surat and Chandigarh was facilitated by Carwale, who has partnered with Citroën for home delivery in select cities for cars purchased through the direct online channel.
During the launch of the new Citroën C5 Aircross SUV launch in April 2021, the brand had announced their readiness to facilitate a car purchase through the buying online feature directly from the factory – Citroën BUY ONLINE. With a dedicated e-commerce website that enables a seamless journey in terms of selection of car through the High-Definition 3D configurator, dedicated e- sales advisor, finance, insurance, annual maintenance packages, extended warranty as well as trade-in of the existing car, buying online aims to make the prospective customers purchase journey comfortable and accessible anytime, anywhere.
Under Citroën buy online, all customer aftersales requirements are backed by a Nationwide Road Side Assistance Program and customers can utilise the convenience of service at their location through Service on Wheels facility. The option to avail aftersales services through the network of dealer service centers is also available throughout the L’Atelier aftersales workshop network.
