K Chittilappilly Foundation and V Guard Group will give Rupees Three Crore to help those who were affected by the natural Calamities.
V Guard Group institutions, V Guard, V Star, Wonderla Holidays and Veegaland developers, will donate Rupees 50 lakhs to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund. The employees of these institutions will donate their wages for one day to this fund. K Chittilappilly Foundation will give Rupees 2.5 Crore for the re- construction of houses lost in the flood.
Rupess 50000 each will be distributed for 500 families selected by the district administration. This will be carried out under the housing project of the foundation. As part of the project, the foundation has already given financial assistance for 750 homes. “Kerala is facing one of the biggest natural calamities and it is the responsibility of each citizen to go hand in hand with the state government to strengthen the distress relief activities of the government.”, said Kochausep Chittilappilly, Chairman of K Chittilappilly Foundation.
