‘Merry Mom’ Workshops at KIMS

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
KIMS, Thiruvananthapuram, and Ilove9months bring an extensive series of workshops on “Preparing for Motherhood” for the first time in Kerala, to make the journey of motherhood healthier and happier. These workshops are designed for couples and cover all stages of Pregnancy.
The workshops will be held at the KIMS Hospital Thiruvananthapuram, on May 28 and 29. The cost for
participation would be Rs 3000 per couple.
Topics: Prenatal (Pregnant women in 1 and 2 trimester) Workshop, Postnatal (for pregnant women in the last trimester and new mothers) Workshop, and Preparing for pregnancy (couples in the phase of conceiving) Workshop have been lined up. Experts from KIMS and I Love 9 months would talk about Fertility issues, safe and easy to do exercises, Lamaze Child birth classes, post-delivery care, breast feeding and baby care.
