Kerala Startup Mission and Agri Business Incubator of the Central Plantation Crops Research Institute (CPCRI) will be jointly holding an online session on “opportunities for start-ups and credit facilities” on July 18, as part of weekly “Kalpa Green Web Chat” series.
KSUM Project Director Riyas PM and lead bank Manager K Kannan will speak on the subject. Starting at 10.30 am, the programme will be steered by Dr K Muraleedharan, Head, Social Sciences Department, CPCRI.
A joint initiative of KSUM and CPCRI to promote entrepreneurship in the agri-business sector, Kalpa Green Web Chat has so far held sessions on as many as eight topics such as technologies developed by CPCRI for promotion of entrepreneurship. KSUM is the nodal agency of Government of Kerala for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities in the state. CPCRI has conducted several entrepreneurship researches in agriculture sector, and has an incubation facility to study their marketing possibilities.
