THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Taking forward its social commitment initiatives, KIMSHEALTH has donated 500 chairs to Cotton Hill School here, one of the institutions with the highest number of girl students in the State. General Education Minister V Sivankutty received the chairs from Reshmi Aysha, Cluster COO and CSR Head KIMSHEALTH at a function held at the school auditorium.
Reshmi Aysha said that like in the field of healthcare, KIMSHEALTH is actively involved in the upliftment of the society and well-being and would continue with such initiatives. As part of its CSR activities, KIMSHEALTH has been organising a number of health campaigns and programmes focusing on schools. On learning about such a need of the school, KIMSHEALTH spared no time and donated the chairs utilizing its Social Responsibility Fund, she added.
SMC Chairman R Pradeep presided over the function. Transport Minister Antony Raju, School Principal V Greeshma, Principal Headmistress PV Shami, Higher Secondary RDD KR Girija, District Educational Officer R S Suresh Babu, SSK State Programme Officer AK Suresh Kumar, District Project Officer SSK, S Javed and AEO Gopakumar were among those present at the function.
