K T Chandy Memorial Lecture at XIME Kochi

KOCHI:
Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship along with Kerala Management Association is organizing the 5th KT Chandy Memorial Lecture at XIME, Kinfra Hi-Tech Park, Off HMT Road, HMT PO. Kalamassery, Kochi-683 503 at 7.00 PM on Tuesday 27 March 2018.
The keynote address will be delivered by Ajith Balakrishnan, Founder- Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rediff.com on the topic “Where Management Education is Headed Next”.
Late K T Chandy is considered a doyen of Indian Management who has made invaluable contributions to Management Development and Practices in the country. He was the Founder Director of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Principal of the Administrative Staff of India- Hyderabad, Chairman of Indian Institute of Technology- Madras and member of the UGC among others. He was also the Chairman of Food Corporation of India, Hindustan Steel Limited, National Productivity Council, The Central Food Technological Research Institute
–Mysore and Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation etc. He was the First Vice Chairman of Kerala State Planning Board.
Approximately over 400 participants which include Kerala Management Association members, Faculty and Students of Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship and other Business Schools are expected to attend the function.
