Joint Replacement Surgery Camp at A P Varkey Mission Hospital

State health minister K.K. Shailaja Teacher inaugurated Joint Replacement Surgery Camp at A P Varkey Mission Hospital. Hospital chairman John Fernandez MLA presided over the meeting in which Joint replacement surgery specialist Dr. G.N. Sooraj was honoured for the service he has delivered. Y’smen mid west regional president Jose Nettikkadan delivered the keynote address.
Joint replacement surgery worth Rs.150000 will be done in a discount of Rs.50000 for 15 deserving patients who have appeared at the camp. The new dialysis machine purchased with the help of Peppathy Y’smen club and the amount collected by T.C.C officer’s forum for the free dialysis of poor patients was received by Hospitals director Dr. Raju George.
Y’smen club representatives Suma Jain Perumbalappu, Shainy Aji Enakulam, P.T Ajith, Edakkattuvayal Panchayat president Jessy Peter, Malabar group of companies MD James Paul, Hospital directors T.C Shibu, Sherly Varghese, Mani Vithayathil, Secretary M.G. Ramachandran and Panchayat member C.A Balu spoke. The 2 day camp will end today.
