In a first, Infopark honoured women at the helm of companies operating from the IT Park. In a ceremony held at Infopark’s Athulya auditorium on International Women’s Day, 20 women including leaders of various companies and industries, and employees of Infopark who have been serving since its inception, were honoured.
Around 80 employees attended the ceremony, chaired by Susanth Kurunthil, Infopark CEO. Anisha Cherian, President of TiE Kerala, was the chief guest and Sujata Madhav Chandran, Head- Strategic Initiatives, NGM Digital Transformation Services, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) was the Guest of Honour. Manju Malathy, Faculty Member, Bharat Mata College, Ernakulam, spoke about this year’s theme “DigitalALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality. Vinitha V, Assistant Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone and Regi K Thomas, Infopark Manager- Administration, addressed the gathering.
On the occasion of Women’s Day, women employees were felicitated at the Infopark Technology Business Center in Kaloor, Kochi. Various competitions and art programmes were also organized.
