KOCHI:
The fifth edition of the International Day of Yoga was celebrated in Cochin Port Trust today (21.06.2019) in coordination with India Tourism, Kochi at the Samudrika Convention Hall.
Dr. M. Beena, Chairperson, Cochin Port Trust launched the programme by addressing the gathering. Apart from employees of Cochin Port Trust, members from Travel trade representing Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI), South India Regional Guides’ Association of Kerala (SIRGAK) and Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI) attended the event.
The Yoga session was conducted by a team of instructors from IshaYoga, led by Skanda Das. Sandhya Haridas, Manager, India Tourism, Kochi was also present.
