Infopark’s Koncepts Lab Expands Operation to Coimbatore

Koncepts Lab, a provider of Digital Customer Experience and IT services based at Infopark, expanded its operations to Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu, further enhancing the company’s AI-driven transformation services.

The Coimbatore office, which commenced operations on Independence Day, marks the third location for Koncepts Lab, founded in 2021. The company already has offices in the Indeeravam Building at Infopark Koratty (Thrissur) and at Kalamassery (Kochi), with a total of 50 employees across all three locations.

Firose Babu, Chief Administration Officer at Koncepts Lab, stated that the company was transitioning from traditional digital marketing to advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, and data analytics. “As part of this transition, we are updating our website and opening new offices,” he said.

Chief Information Officer Varada Krishnamoorthy noted that Koncepts Lab has successfully completed over 500 projects for a dozen clients. “Securing an office in Infopark’s Special Economic Zone has significantly contributed to our growth,” he said. “We aim to expand our operations to multiple locations.”

Koncepts Lab’s digital services include application modernization, DevOps and Agile practices, API microservices, cloud migration, cybersecurity, generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics. The company also offers AR (augmented reality), VR (virtual reality), and XR (extended reality) solutions, along with 3D and 2D services and social media marketing.

Infopark Thrissur hosts more than 2,000 employees across 58 IT/ITeS companies.
