The battle for titles intensifies as the MRF MMSC FMSCI Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship 2019 gets closer to the season finale. With just one round remaining, the IDEMITSU Honda Ten10 Racing Team is ready to kick off the action packed performance this weekend at the Madras Motor Race Track, Chennai.
The weekend extravaganza will witness 10 riders in ProStock 201-300cc & 7 in ProStock of National Championship fighting fiercely on Honda machines to maintain their dominance. Adding more weight to the championship will be Honda’s 18 young guns battling for top positions in the IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup. (NSF250R & CBR150R classes).
Committed to identify & develop high potential young talent, Honda has selected 3 new next gen riders from IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Hunt 2019, Chennai. These new entrants will join the 8 existing riders of IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup – CBR150R in their bid to glory.

INMRC – ProStock 165cc and ProStock 201-300cc
Entering 4 th round with 221 points, the IDEMITSU Honda Ten10 Racing Team is leading the PS165cc championship. Following his back-to-back 4 wins, Honda’s ace rider Rajiv Sethu dominates the category while his team mate Sarath Kumar stands third on the scoreboard. With 93 points in his kitty, Sarath is just 1 point behind the 2 nd top rider of PS165cc.
Parallely, the IDEMITSU Honda Ten10 Racing team enjoys a solid 71-points cushion in Pro-Stock 201-300cc. Honda’s trio of Anish Shetty, Abhishek V and Aravind B completes the podium with first, second & third positions respectively.
IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup – NSF250R & CBR150R
With 3 podium wins in first two rounds, Mohamed Mikail heads the NSF250R class. It is going to be a tie- breaker round for Chennai boys Varoon S and Kavin Quintal who currently have 65 points each. While the Mizoram boy Lal Nunsanga will exert to continue his dominance in IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup CBR150R, he will also be riding the NSF250R as a replacement for Mohsin who is currently recovering from his injuries.
Next on the list of CBR150R class are Lalrinuala Tlau & Samuel Martin who are bunched tightly with just one point difference in their standings. This round will also see three new riders – 15 year old Shyam Babu & K Shyam Sundar from Chennai and 15 year old Prakash Kamant from Bokaro, Jharkhand on 11 riders grid of CBR150R class.
