In a milestone achievement, plantation major Harrisons Malayalam Limited (HML) has been recognised as one of the top 50 India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2024 by Great Places to Work Institute (GPTW), the global authority on workplace culture and employee experience.
This is a remarkable accomplishment of HML, reflecting its commitment to an inclusive and equitable workplace culture and creating a positive and supportive work environment for its women employees, while building an empowered workforce.

This year HML also received other coveted recognitions, including 34th rank in India’s Best Companies to Work For, according to a survey conducted by the GPTW, out of 1,700 participating companies.
The GPTW also recognised the company as one of the Top 50 in India’s Best Workplace for Building a Culture of Innovation, and Best Workplace for Millennials.
Notably, HML Chief Executive Officer Cherian M George was awarded with one of India’s Most Trusted Leaders 2024 by GPTW in partnership with Great Managers Institute.
