Roji M John M L A inaugurated Hindustan International Furniture Fair 2018 (HIFF 2018) at Adlux International Convention Centre Angamaly.
FUMMA state secretary Shaji Manhar, HIFF trade and events directors Fawas Paravakkal, Abbas Varikodan, Jaleel Valiyakath, MT Shiyas, KPP Umar Ali, FDA chairman Faisal Cheeran, Sunil Royal and Saheer Kasaro participated in the inaugural function. Besides India, more than 250 delegates from Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Greece, Turkey and Malaysia participated in the event, says Fawas Paravakkal, one of the organizers.
This is the largest furniture fair in Asia, he claims. Various furniture brands from different parts of the country besides abroad are being exhibited in 500 stalls that span in an area of 15,000 square meters. Introduction of latest products, seminars and debates led by experts, motivational classes, musical program and Gala dinner have been arranged as part of the fair, organisers said. The three day fair starts at 10 pm and ends at 6 pm every day. The fair is a free entry event, organizers informed.
