Oxygen Concentrators worth more than 40 Lakhs were Donated by Herbalife Nutrition as a part of its CSR commitment to Kerala State today at Kochi. Bharat Kumar, Manager – Govt. Affairs (Telangana, AP & Kerala), and Abin Abraham, Asst. Manager, Kerala Sales & Communication, Herbalife International India Pvt Ltd. handed over the concentrators to P. Rajeeve, Minister for Industries, Law & Coir, Govt of Kerala. Dr K Illangovan , Principal Secretary, Industries, Govt of Kerala, FICCI kerala State Council Head Savio Mathew, Senior Asst. Director Preethy Menon were also present at the handing over function organised by FICCI Kerala State Council at Hotel Marriot.
As India battles the second phase of COVID19, Herbalife Nutrition has pledged more than USD 1 million to aid the country in its fight against the pandemic. The premier global nutrition company has worked with more than ten states since April 2020 to provide critical COVID aid in the form of ICU ventilators, oxygen concentrators and PPE kits. “Herbalife Nutrition continues to provide support through the donation of medical equipment and its work with its partners to strengthen existing infrastructure. The journey to complete recovery can only be made together, and we will play our part in helping all Indians come through this, said Ajay Khanna, vice president and India country head, Herbalife Nutrition.
