BENGALURU:
Zeta, the leader in digital employee benefits space, is all set to add to the festivities this year with multiple product offerings under its digitised gifting suite, Zeta Spotlight. This suite is a one-stop digital solution for employee gifting and incentive programme and has a variety of solutions such as InstaGift Card and Digi Gift Vouchers to offer corporates more customisable solutions for their employees.
The Zeta InstaGift Card is a prepaid physical gift card, powered by Mastercard and RuPay. Unlike other bank cards, the InstaGift Card is pre-activated which means the user does not have to get in touch with a third-party and wait for the card to be activated. Additionally, once ordered, a corporate can load these cards instantly with money – allowing them the flexibility of instant gifting.
Zeta’s Digi Gift offers digital gift vouchers via cloud technology and is received by employees on their Zeta accounts. Corporates can instantly disburse these vouchers digitally across locations. It completely does away with logistical hassles like distribution, storage and delivery.
The entire Zeta Spotlight suite is fully customisable, allowing corporates the freedom to decide the usage parameters. Everything from the value of the gift vouchers, their validity and acceptance parameters can be modified. These offerings can even be personalised to include messages thereby adding a personal touch. This level of hyper-customisation of gift cards has been unknown till now.
Zeta Co-Founder and CTO Ramki Gaddipati said, “Zeta has witnessed a steady growth in the usage of gift cards as well as the number of corporates offering them to employees, indicating a strong preference for digital gifting solutions. We credit this to the convenience and customisation inherent in the product. Post demonetisation, the demand for digitized gifting has become even more pronounced. The number of corporates using Zeta Spotlight has also gone up nearly three times and number of total number of users have doubled in the past one year”.
To an employee, these gifting solutions bring a separate set of advantages. With existing card-based and voucher-based solutions, employees are forced to spend them at one or a limited number of outlets. Whereas, unless specified, the gift cards and vouchers issued by Zeta can be used at any outlet, including e-commerce sites. The market size of corporate gifting is estimated to be ₹12,000 crore as per industry reports, with a 200% growth estimated in the digital gifting space this year it self
