This Makar Sankranti dive into the special Vegetarian Thali available at the Curry Kitchen located at the Departures section as the Dabolim airport which comprising seasonal favorites such as Khichdi with a generous amount of seasonal vegetables; Bhogichi Bhaji a delicious mix vegetable made in coconut and peanut gravy and Gajar Halwa a pudding made with grated carrots, milk, sugar, clarified butter & nuts, among other regional favourites.
Makar Sankranti is a harvest festival and is celebrated across the country including Goa.
