ESIC SPREE 2025 Awareness Seminar Held for companies at Cyberpark

The Sub-Regional Office of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Kozhikode, under the Union Ministry of Labour & Employment, conducted an awareness meet on the Scheme for Promotion of Registration of Employers and Employees (SPREE 2025), providing an insight on various social security benefits for the workforce.

The seminar, held for the companies of Cyberpark, focused on key advantages such as the waiver of penalties for past periods, hassle-free self-registration, and the comprehensive social security coverage offered under the ESI Act, including medical benefits and financial security for the workforce.

Addressing the session, Ratnagiri S, Joint Director in charge, said the scheme has significant benefits for both employers and employees. He also provided a comprehensive overview of the SPREE 2025 scheme.

“This initiative is a crucial step by ESIC to extend the social safety net to a larger number of workers and empower employers through a simplified, penalty-free registration window,” he pointed out.

Representatives from various companies based in Cyberpark participated in the session, engaging in a productive question-and-answer round to clarify their queries regarding the registration process and scheme benefits.
