As more women with inspiring stories remain unrecognized, Eastern condiments are all set for the fourth edition of Eastern Bhoomika to pay obeisance to these women who paved their way through struggles and tolerance to an unspoken triumph.
Inducing a culture of honoring these eminent personalities who have been out of the limelight in spite of their contribution to the society, their press for progress and its influence will be celebrated through Bhoomika. The distinctive and successful quest of conducting Bhoomika all over the country has resulted in the expansion and reach of the award to prominent places like Agra, Varanasi, and Hyderabad.
In 2018 Bhoomika will be conducted in 7 prestigious venues in Agra, Varanasi, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kochi simultaneously on March 8, 2018. The sole motive of Bhoomika campaign is to honor any women that one feels made a difference to the life of others or society at large.
As many women have the strength and innate potential to scale new height to achieve something in their respective field, there are high number of women who support, though they remain in shade, they communicate strongly through their act of love and compassion. Be it one’s mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, colleague, teacher or neighbor, one can nominate their special women who inspired and motivated them.
The candidacy and selection for the award will be based on the write up of 60 words and photograph of those women posed by various participants through the mail and social media sites, a panel will select those special women. Eastern is the largest manufacturer of spice blends in India who has been networking with more than two lakh farmers, are proud recipients of the award by the government of India for largest exporter of spice powder.
